Bit x Bit

As a small, yet growing company, a stair-stepped rental structure was negotiated for bit-x-bit allowing them to grow into their space in a cost-effective manner.

Carmeuse

Based on improving the tenant build-out package and negotiating a very significant savings on parking and rent, Carmeuse estimates our process saved them in excess of $2,000,000 or over $5.25 per square foot.

Microbac

Alliance, in working in concert with Microbac and the landlord, was able to structure a deal where the amount of space leased was stair-stepped, thereby allowing Microbac to grow into the space and provide a rent schedule it could afford.

Premier Technologies

By putting Premier Technologies into a competitive situation, the rent schedule originally proposed was reduced by 22.9%. In addition, their Base Year for escalation was revised, which saved them approximately $1.25 over the term of the lease and the reconfigured space was completed on a "turn key" basis, i.e., at no expense to them.

Rizzo

By utilizing proven negotiation skills, combined with over thirty years of experience, Alliance leveraged Rizzo's tenancy in the market and generated significant savings and building signage rights. Alliance reduced the rent by over 8% during the term of the lease and increased the allowances provided by the landlord by over 14%.

Robinson McElwee

These efforts resulted in R&M having a building built to their needs and specifications. This option created a state-of-the-art building which was much more efficient and cost effective. This option also provided R&M with the ideal building and significant savings.

Tri-Point

Alliance was able to work with the new owners of Tri-Point's building and negotiated a new lease for their existing space, saving them the cost of relocation. By leveraging their potential relocation, the rent was reduced by $2.25 per square foot, the space was re-carpeted and re-painted, and one parking spot was negotiated into the deal.
